With 25 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, and financial advisory services, Keith has spent significant time as an accounting consultant, providing CFO and Controller-level support functions, performing process redesign services, software integrations, financial reporting and dashboarding, as well as fundraising and M&A consulting. Industries worked include retail services, auto sales, oil and gas, real estate development, and more. His background includes working with a diverse range of publicly traded companies in preparing SEC filings, interfacing with regulatory agencies, and managing audit and review compliance.
